Pengukuran Radiated Emission Pada Buck Converter Menggunakan Tem Cell
Abstract
High frequent switching dari perangkat semikonduktor pada buck converter sering menjadi sumber dari conducted dan radiated electromagnetic interference (EMI) yang signifikan. Dalam rangka untuk memahami bagaimana radiated EMI yang dipancarkan dari sumber noise, tugas akhir (TA) ini menganalisa turunan dari EMI current dari buck converter yang disebabkan oleh radiasi dari arus common-mode pada kabel penghubung, yang dipicu oleh electric near-field coupling di antara printed circuit board (PCB) dan kabel penghubung pada buck converter. Berdasarkan gagasan ini dilakukanlah sebuah percobaan untuk mengukur besaran electric near-field coupling dari buck converter, dengan menggunakan pengukuran transverse electromagnetic cell (TEM Cell) dari buck converter dengan ukuran panjang kabel penghubung yang bervariasi dengan ukuran yang telah ditentukan.Kata kunci: Electric near-field coupling, buck converter, transverse electromagnetic cell (TEM Cell).References
