Efek Penerapan Teknik Spread Spectrum Terhadap Kinerja LED Driver Topologi Buck
Abstract
LED drivers are lighting applications that are becoming increasingly popular due to lighting efficiency, longer lifespan, higher reliability and more effective overall costs. But the driver LED can produce EMI which causes interference with the application of LED drivers. The most effective way to reduce EMI emissions generated by LED drivers is to use spread spectrum techniques. In this final project, performance testing of LED drivers will be carried out when the spread spectrum technique is applied. The performance parameters to be measured in this final project are luminance, temperature, Vout, output, and LED system durability when spread spectrum techniques are applied. Two measurement methods are used, namely normal, and measurements that apply the spread sprectrum technique. This final project will compare the results of measurements with normal conditions and conditions applied by spread spectrum techniques to determine the durability of LED drivers. Where in the measurement of the durability of the LED driver, measurements were carried out for 6 hours on each method, and carried out as many as 2 measurements. The results obtained from measurements under normal conditions Iout value changes occur long enough. Likewise with other parameters, while the measurement applied to the spread spectrum performance LED driver technique is reduced due to rapid frequency changes, so that the feedback on the LED driver cannot respond to changes too quickly.
