Perancangan Shielding Pada Mobile Phone Untuk Mitigasi Radiated Emission
Abstract
Mobile phone devices often experience unwanted emission of radiation that exceeds the limit of class B CISPR 22 standards, so that it can interfere with the work of electronic devices around. In this research shielding design on mobile phones was carried out. The right shielding design can reduce the effect of radiation produced by a device. In this research a shielding effectiveness test is carried out using periodic log antennas in the frequency range 300 MHz to 3 GHz. Shielding is made in the form of cubes, climates and ½ tubes, using aluminum with a thickness of 0.4 mm, 0.6 and 0.8 mm. Shielding test can reduce mobile phone signal when mobile phone standby is 0.4311 dB to 7.8629 and when mobile phone is there is an incoming call of 26.7060 to 51.67 dB (noise floor). 0.4 mm shielding thickness has been able to completely dampen the signal and the shielding form does not affect the value of shielding effectiveness.Published
