The AIR CONDITIONER AUTOMATIC RECIRCULATE SYSTEM UNTUK MENINGKAT LIFETIME FILTER AC DAN MENJAGA KUALITAS UDARA DALAM CABIN PRIMEMOVER DIMONITORING MENGUNAKAN SIM 800L (STUDI KASUS : PT. SAPTA INDRA SEJATI)
Sistem otomatis sirkulasi udara Untuk Meningkatkan Lifetime Filter AC Primemover
Abstract
Abstract In the process of coal mining, needed transportation equipment with minimal unit durability 80 hours (MTBF, 2018), but in the field conditions the target is often not achieved, one of caused by the air conditioner filter is often clogged, caused by dusty environmental factors, long distance traveled, and the operator can’t consistently operate the air recirculation system efficiently, this is the background of the proposed research entitled "Automatic Recirculate Air Conditioner System to Increase Primemover AC Filter Lifetime†The method is to adjust air circulation based on the parameters of the dust sensor outside the cabin and the concentration of CO2 inside the cabin. When dust density above 250µg / m3 and CO2 content is below 3000 ppm the circulation door closes. The circulation door will open when CO2 is above 3000 ppm or dust density is below 250 µg / m3 and CO2 is above 2500 ppm. Every conditions change data is stored on the sdcard, monitoring and controlling via the GPRS network using the BLYNK application. The result 420% success can extend the filter lifetime from the previous 144-500 hours to be 2100 hours and the air condition in the cabin is maintained below the safe threshold of 5000 ppm (OSHA, 2013), it takes 5 minutes to reduce the CO2 concentration from> 2500 to <2000 ppm, With fuel consumption of Rp.71.9 / minute and saving cost from AC filter consumtion is Rp.595Million/years Keywords: Carbon dioxide sensor, dust sensor, air conditioning recirculation, air conditioning filter, MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure).Published
