ANALISA SUDUT KEMIRINGAN CETAKAN ALAT PRESS CUP ALUMINIUM PADA KERJA COLD DEEP DRAWING
AbstractThe deep drawing press machine is a tool for making cups from aluminum which has the potential to be used as a storage area for materials, food, and hand washing containers. In planning this deep drawing press machine, starting from the calculation of the drawing compressive force, the size of the blank holder controlling force, the amount of the friction force. In this study, using the angle on the die, namely 300, 400, and 500 materials used aluminum plate with a plate thickness of 1mm and 0.5mm. Some of the factors that affect the result of the cup-pressing are the compressive force and the angular diameter of the mold. The greatest compressive force is at a pressure of 55 bar. This force occurs at a final diameter of 22cm, a height of 3.5cm, and an angle of the die 500 and the thickness of the plate used is 1mm. If the plate thickness is used 0.5mm. The compressive force obtained is 45bar. The final results obtained are 21cm in diameter, 4cm in height, and with a die angle of 500. The effect of the angle on the die is that if the larger the angle of the mold is given, the pressing process will be faster. Keywords: Hydrolic power pack, aluminum plate, punch and die
