Chemistry is the study of the structure of matter and the changes that matter undergoes in natural processes and in experiments. in chemistry subjects in Electrochemistry, Reaction Rates and Redox Reactions are classified as quite difficult subjects for some high school / MA students and the equipment for practice is not enough. Therefore, a learning model is built in the form of a multimedia-based simulation in the form of 3D animation which is loaded in the form of an android-based application that is equipped with animation and supporting objects, there is a simulation to react and there is a quiz. The information provided in the simulation video is in accordance with references that have been validated by the MAN 1 Panyabungan teacher competence in the field of Chemistry. in the Paired Sample t-Test test, there is an increase in quiz scores when using the application instead of using a book in understanding chemistry in electrochemistry, reaction rates and redox reactions by 13%. And a survey of the level of satisfaction with the application was carried out on 30 students and obtained an overall average result of 85.55%. So based on the research conducted as a whole, the application can be used as an interactive alternative media in studying the chemical learning process based on the actual process that occurs in electrochemistry, reaction rates and redox reactions in the form of 3D animation.Published
