Pemodelan Data Perusahaan Jasa Pengiriman Dengan Data Warehouse (Studi Kasus: PT. Pos Indonesia, Pekanbaru)
Abstract
Abstrak Perusahaan PT. Pos Indonesia merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang memberikan pelayanan jasa pengiriman bagi seluruh masyarakat Indonesia. Namun menurut penelitian pengukuran kepuasan pelanggan yang dilakukan oleh PT. Pos Indonesia pada tahun 2015, persentasenya berada dibawah tingkat kepuasan yang baik. Hal tersebut didukung dengan banyaknya keluhan pelanggan terkait kesalahan-kesalahan pengiriman dan belum tersebarnya kantor pos di beberapa daerah yang menyulitkan pelanggan dalam melakukan pengiriman, sehingga hal tersebut mempengaruhi pendapatan PT.Pos sendiri. Oleh karena itu diperlukan pengetahuan tentang sebaran pengiriman dan rekapitulasi keluhan pelanggan yang tepat. Sistem Tactical Dashboard dengan Data Warehouse adalah solusi analisis yang tepat untuk digunakan mengolah data dalam jumlah besar dan menghasilkan sebuah informasi kemudian dijadikan pengetahuan yang bermanfaat dalam proses pengambilan keputusan yang akan meningkatkan pendapatan. Data Warehouse yang melibatkan ekstraksi, transformasi, loading, serta adanya visualisasi berupa dashboard berdasarkan data operasional kantor pos. Berdasarkan pengujian black box didapat pengguna mengisi semua pertanyaan dengan jawaban “berhasil†dan pada pengujian user acceptance pengguna mengisi dengan jawaban “ya†maka dapat disimpulkan sistem yang dibuat sudah memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna dan pengguna merasa puas terhadap sistem tersebut. Kata kunci: PT.Pos, Tactical Dashboard, Data Warehouse Abstract Pos Indonesia is a company engaged in providing shipping services for all Indonesian people. But according to customer satisfaction measurement research conducted by PT. Pos Indonesia in 2015, the percentage is below the level of good satisfaction. This is supported by the number of customer complaints related to shipping errors and the lack of distribution of post offices in some areas which makes it difficult for customers to make deliveries, so that this affects PT. Pos own income. Therefore, knowledge is needed about the distribution of shipping and recapitulation of appropriate customer complaints. The Tactical Dashboard System with Data Warehouse is the right analytical solution to be used to process large amounts of data and produce an information which is then used as useful knowledge in decision-making processes that will increase revenue. Data Warehouse that involves extraction, transformation, loading, and the visualization of a dashboard based on post office operational data. Based on black box testing, the user can fill out all the questions with a "successful" answer and in the user user acceptance test, fill in the "yes" answer, it can be concluded that the system has fulfilled the needs of users and users are satisfied with the system.
