Sistem Layanan Klinik Kecantikan Berbasis Web (Studi Kasus: Lathifa Beauty Clinic Pekanbaru)
Abstract
Lathifa Beauty Clinic is one of the beauty clinics whose business processes are still carried out manually by first coming to the clinic if you want to find out clinical information and order treatment. When you want to perform maintenance, customers must wait to get maintenance services. Based on a questionnaire that has been done on 30 customers, customers still feel dissatisfied with the system that is still manual. Therefore a Lathifa Beauty Clinic Beauty Clinic Service System is implemented that can assist customers in ordering care by applying the Queue queue method. Queue concept where the elements that first enter will exit the first time out. To find out information about the clinic and to order treatment, customers no longer have to go to the clinic. Customers only need to access the information system to find out information and order maintenance. Based on testing conducted using Usability Testing that is tested to customers, a percentage of 81% is obtained, meaning that the customer gives an assessment that is very amenable to the beauty clinic service system and on a functional test system that has 31 test points get the results that all features of the system function properly.Published
