Abstract

CV. Pradita Medical is a trading company that provides Science laboratory goods. In managing the company's business, the owner uses Microsoft Excel to record transactions in the company. This causes several problems that affect the performance of financial records in the company. As a result, recording all transactions and financial statements is sometimes inaccurate. Therefore, a solution to solve this problem, a web-based accounting information system was created. Recording stock items using the Average inventory method because CV. Pradita Medical has a fluctuating price of goods inventory, which means it is not fixed or always changing. And this method also makes it easy to determine the cost of goods sold. Inventory calculations and company financial statements are carried out within 3 to 4 months. Based on the tests that have been done using Black Box Testing and User Acceptance Test, the results are 100% by testing 86 items so that with this system, the recording of financial statements as well as each transaction and amount of inventory becomes computerized and makes it easier for users to manage the company.
