Rancang Bangun Aplikasi Penilaian Kinerja Karyawan Dengan Metode Behaviourally Anchored Rating Scales (Studi Kasus: Rumah Sakit Permata Hati Duri)
Abstract
Permata Hati Hospital is a private company engaged in the health sector that provides health services and treatment to the entire community, especially the people of Duri, Bengkalis Regency. Permata Hati Hospital has a performance app for each employee. On the performance assessment, the Permata Hati Hospital still uses a manual performance rating system. This performance appraisal system is inefficient because it takes 30 days to complete the assessment and high subjectivity in evaluating performance. So that the application of performance appraisal with the Behaviorally Anchored Rating Scales method is a performance appraisal system that combines the work behavior approach, this application is built with the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The Behaviorally Anchor Rating Scale method consists of a series, 1 to 5 vertical behavior scales for each performance indicator. For each dimension, 1 to 5 anchors are arranged. Then, these specific events are reviewed and assessed by all team members. Selected special events are then placed on the highest scale to the lowest scale. With this application, the performance appraisal is expected to help HR improve the quality of employee performance appraisals at Permata Hati Hospital.Published
