Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Menentukan Calon Penerima Program Rumah Sehat Layak Huni Menggunakan Metode Simple Additive Weight (Studi Kasus : Dinas Perumahan, Kawasan Permukiman dan Pertanahan Provinsi Riau)
Abstract
The housing development program, through the development of liveable healthy house in 2017 is a residential development program conducted by the housing agency, residential area and land of Riau province to create and Improving the quality of life of underprivileged people. But during this time, there is a problem that the delivery of proposal village/Kelurahan is still manual, so it will cost and time is quite long, especially village/Kelurahan far. The next problem is the duration of the transport and decision-making, because of the large number of data prospective recipients will be processed and the lack of consistency determination of the criteria weight value priority. Thus, the decision system is made using the simple additive weight method determines prospective beneficiaries of healthy home programs. Screening with this method through the process of normalizing a matrix decision to a scale that will be used to compare with the rating of all available alternatives in order to obtain the best potential home program beneficiaries. Based on the results of manual calculation accuracy with systems using alternative data scattered in 30 villages/Kelurahan, 17 sub-districts, and 4 regencies/cities, the conclusion that the system calculation using simple additive method The weight is more accurate after the interview on the Case study party. Based on the test results of the questionnaire by doing the calculation of the Likert scale obtained 78.44% test results are in the category agree to the score criteria obtained.
