Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Pada Koperasi Karyawan Politeknik Caltex Riau
Abstract
Polytechnic Caltex Riau employee union as known as KOPKAR PCR founded in 20 August 2009, until now still persist with the conventional system feeling overwhelming when make a financial report. The direct impact of it are unable to give out the financial report correctly, creating the trouble on stock inventory monitoring which stock where the change of inventory stock which has been bought as well as inventory sold note down manually by employee. This research was built based on problems that happen on KOPKAR PCR with using first in first out (FIFO) method. In merchandise inventory recording also using perpetual recording so that stock recordings done continuously in inventory stock. Then system tested to accounting expert with test result is stated had been corresponding with provisions and trade sector accounting cycle as it should be. This system also tested with user acceptance test (UAT) testing with testing proof as many as 75 testing items. The result is the system that developed already accepted and fulfilling every user need. Next system testing done with interview way to every user, user stated that accounting information system can be operated easily marked by user only input transaction into the system, system automatically can give financial report and this system can reduce manual recording so the system which are made according to the user needs.
