Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Berbasis Website Untuk Pemilihan Toko Kue Menggunakan Metode SMART (Simple Multi-Attribute Technique) (Studi Kasus: Kota Pekanbaru)
AbstractOne of the many business that developed these days, cake store business is one of the many business that many opened and worthy to calculate. Most of the cake lovers doesn’t know the reason why they choosing a cake store to visit for the first time, then there’s a pre-research for knowing the user opinion to cake store which has visited and for knowing what factors make user interested to visit that cake store. Based on the obtained results are known that as much as 42% out of 100 respondents that visitors choosing that cake store based on suggestion from their close friend and also the cake store advertisement without knowing how’s the condition of the cake store that want to visit first, some answering because of the popularity of the cake store however there’s some visitor feel disappointed in the first visit on a cake store because the taste of the cake it is not suitable with expectations.
