Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Berbasis Web (Studi Kasus Prima Diesel Jaya)

Abstract

In the era of information and globalization, the business environment changing rapidly together with an intense levels of competition, especially in retail businesses. Prima Diesel Jaya is one of the store engaged in the retail business of goods, especially spare parts for cars. Problems encountered at the store such as lost sales data and time-consuming data input. Based on the problems encountered, the author wants to help Prima Diesel Jaya store owners by building an accounting information system based on store business processes, where the information system built can help recap data, manage data, and also help the store in making monthly reports efficiently, so as to prevent financial loss. To ensure the system has been running properly and correctly, a black box test and a comparison of the outputs of financial statements is performed. Based on the results of tests conducted, the black box testing shows that the system function is running well and on the financial statement test show that the system output result is in accordance with the manual calculations.
