AbstractThis system can assist the head of the company in managing employee performance, recapitulating all employee performance from each field of work for each individual. Based on the results that have been obtained from blackbox testing, all functions have been successfully executed and have followed the design that has been made. The UAT test results state that the system is 100% feasible to fulfill the test items being carried out.
