Single Exponential Smoothing, In Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Sarana Produksi Pertanian Berbasis Web Dengan Menggunakan Metode Incremental Dan Peramalan Single Exponential Smoothing (Studi Kasus: Lambadia Tani)
Abstract
Lambadia Tani is a business that is engaged in the sales of agricultural supplies, such as agricultural chemicals, fertilizers, and plant seeds, located in Simpang D, Rambah Village, Rokan Hulu Regency. Currently, Lambadia Tani still tends to use manual methods in collecting its inventory data . Manual methods such as the use of books for inventory management of course have a risk of inaccuracy. This risk can cause problems for the business unit in the future. Therefore, an information system of agricultural production facility was built which provides the functionality needs, so that Lambadia Tani Shop owner will control the management of inventory lists and forecast the sales of agricultural goods more easily. The system will predict sales figures, by using forecasting method calculations, which will provide forecast sales figures for the coming period. The forecasting method used is the Single Exponential Smoothing Method and it is designed using the Incremental Method. The data used is the sales of fertilizers, seeds, herbicides and pesticides. The Black box and UAT testing showed that the system is running 100% well. Furthermore, a questionnaire test of 3 users was also carried out which resulted in 85% of users satisfied with the information system that had been built. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that the information system built for lambadia tani shop has been running well and has also helped the Lambadia Tani in Product data management and predicting future salesPublished
