Design and Build a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Assist.id System
Abstract
PT. Medika Media Technology is an information technology company engaged in the health sector that can provide solutions to health service problems in Indonesia with one of its brands, Assist.id. Assist.id still has problems in seeing the number of product users and also problems in storing sales and billing data. So that it caused the marketing section of Assist.id to be overwhelmed by the recapitulation of this data. In addition, the management of Assist.id is also still having trouble seeing how the activities carried out by the marketing department in making sales or customer acquisitions. Therefore, a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system was developed which can accelerate the team's capacity in the acquisition of health facilities in Indonesia, and make it easier for management to find out about sales activities or performance carried out by the marketing department. The system was developed using the prototyping method with 3 iterations and tools used in the development of this system using ReactJS and REST API. Based on the test results, the system built is in accordance with the requests and needs of Assist.id. The system is also running and has good performance with a web page performance level based on pageSpeed ​​having a score of 96% and based on YSlow having a score of 91%. The time it takes to load a web page is 5.3s, and of the 59 APIs that were tested, all of them have returned the correct responses or can be said to have passed integration testingPublished
