Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Pada Klinik Gigi (Studi Kasus: Widia Dental Care Pekanbaru)
Abstract
The reservation system at Widia Dental Care's dental clinic requires patients to go directly to the clinic to get a queue number. The patient does not know when the queue number will be called. Data recording at the clinic is done manually on paper, this causes the data to be prone to input errors, damage or loss of the data. From these problems, an Android-based dental clinic for patients and a web-based service information system will be built for the Widia Dental Care dental clinic. In the development of android applications for patients using the queue algorithm to retrieve the queue number and patients get the queue number. Based on white box testing, it is concluded that the queuing process using this algorithm has been successfully implemented. In the second test, User Acceptance Testing, it was found that the system could function and be well received. Meanwhile, based on the results of usability testing, it was found that 90% strongly agreed that the application that was built was easy to use, easy to learn and respondents were very satisfied with the application and respondents strongly agreed that the application was useful.
