Based on the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test, it is found that all features in the system have been implemented and received well. Determination of the sample in conducting this usability test using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10% and a sample size of 17 respondents with a total result of 93.1% that users strongly agree with this system being built. And also the accuracy testing has been done, and the accuracy rate is 100%. Keywords: Expert System, Panic Attack, Forward Chainimg, Bayes Theorem, Web Based
