Abstract
Panic Attack or panic attack is a disturbance of criticism and excessive fear. Panic attacks occur very suddenly for no apparent reason Panic attacks occur when the heart is racing and it is difficult to breathe. Causes of panic attacks can be triggered by past traumatic events, health problems or having a phobia about situations that trigger panic disorders. Lack of information about panic attacks will have a negative impact on life that can affect the sufferer, both psychologically and physically if allowed to continue. This diagnosis is carried out using the knowledge possessed by an expert clinical psychologist which is implemented into an expert system. This expert system uses forward chaining tracing. This search performs a search starting from a set of facts that match the assumptions / hypotheses that lead to the conclusion. And make use of Bayes' Theorem as a method of decision making. The purpose of making this expert system is to check whether a person is diagnosed with a panic attack or not from the symptoms that arise and also to know how to help a person who has a panic attack without having to see a psychiatrist or psychologist. After testing the blackbox, it can be concluded that the system is running as expected. Based on the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test, it is found that all features in the system have been implemented and received well. Determination of the sample in conducting this usability test using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10% and a sample size of 17 respondents with a total result of 93.1% that users strongly agree with this system being built. And also the accuracy testing has been done, and the accuracy rate is 100%. Keywords: Expert System, Panic Attack, Forward Chainimg, Bayes Theorem, Web BasedPublished
