Sistem Informasi Manajemen Aset Berbasis Web Pada RSUD Arifin Achmad Pekanbaru Menggunakan Metode User Centered Design (UCD)
Abstract
Assets or Regional Property (BMD) are objects consisting of movable objects and immovable objects that are included in the assets of an agency. At Arifin Achmad Regional Hospital Pekanbaru there are many assets that must be managed so that all details regarding assets can be seen clearly. With so many assets that must be processed, hospitals also really need technology to be more effective and accelerate asset processing. Based on the results of an interview with Mr. Doni as the Head of the Logistics Installation of Arifin Achmad Regional Hospital, he stated that the obstacles in the logistics installation section were still using a manual system in managing existing assets and difficulties in collecting data. The solution to overcome this is to need an asset management information system that can run asset management business processes in a neat and structured manner and can easily carry out procedures for managing regional property. This system is made using the User Centered Design (UCD) method, which involves the user in the early stages of system development so that users can provide input regarding system requirements. Based on the results of the black box testing and User Acceptance Test (UAT) that have been carried out, it was found that the functionality of the system was successful and running well.
