Pembangunan Sistem Informasi Kepegawaian Rumah Sakit Bakti Timah Karimun Berbasis Website Menggunakan Metode Prototyping

The staffing system of the Bakti Timah Karimun hospital supports administration and management related to employees. The purpose of this research is to help the work of following the development of Bakti Timah Karimun hospital technology from employees who process data manually, thus switching to information systems that produce accurate sources of information. This study uses a prototyping method with a CI framework. The development of the personnel information system was completed in phase 2 iteration and took approximately 5 months to complete. Testing on this system uses usability testing and User Acceptance Test (UAT) methods. Based on the results of usability testing, 88.60% of the personnel information system is very satisfying for users. The system is running well because in the usability testing component errors have a large percentage of 98.67%. The staffing system that is built can help the hospital staffing administration process and manage staffing data. The system has been implemented and utilized since August 1, 2021.Published
