Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Promosi Jabatan Menggunakan Metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (Studi Kasus: PT. Semen Padang)
Abstract
PT. Semen Padang has several problems during the promotion process, namely the assessment becomes unfair because the criteria used have the same weight value, even though each criterion has a different level of importance. Another problem is that it takes a long time because the data process is still manual and the data processing becomes inaccurate due to human error. Therefore, there needs to be a website-based decision support system using analytical hierarchy process methods to determine employees who are worthy of promotion. The AHP method is an appropriate method for dealing with complex systems related to the decision-making of several alternatives. The advantages of the AHP method are about maturity in data processing and this method is suitable to be applied to companies that have not set weighting on their criteria. There are eight criteria used, namely Key Performance Indicator (KPI), interviews, assessments, technical competence, leadership, interpersonal relationship skills, personal skills and computer skills. Based on the results of system testing using black box testing it can be concluded that the system implemented can function properly. Furthermore, based on the results of accuracy calculation tests, it can be concluded that the AHP method was successfully applied with an accuracy value of 100%. Also, based on usability testing it can be concluded that the user strongly agrees with the system built.Published
