Rice fields that are always flooded can produce 5.92 tons per hectare while those that are not flooded only produce 4.80 tons per hectare. Irrigation channels that support the availability of water often experience problems such as silt deposits, water distribution based on estimates, and water theft. Based on the problems of this research, a web-based car rental information system and an integrated SMS gateway were built, both from the center and branches using the RestfullApi webservice.</em> <em>This system was built using the prototyping method to make it easier for users to get an overview of the applications created. The purpose of this application also became solution to make it easier for customers to obtain car information and departure notifications that can assist in ordering cars that are integrated with each other from the center or branches. Based on testing Blackbox testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) can be concluded that the functional requirements of the system are running well. However, students usually have other considerations, such as routine activities outside of class, course time, holidays in a week of study, and lead time between courses. These conditions had never been taken into consideration in existing research. In this paper, a recommendation system was proposed using Depth First Search and Simple Multi Attribute Ranking Technique methods. Depth First Search method was used to find all possible alternative schedules. All the possible alternative schedules were used to determine the schedule that best suits student preferences using Simple Multi Attribute Ranking Technique method. The system performance was measured through simulation to get course schedule recommendations for 28 students. The simulation results were compared with the ideal schedule desired by the students and the real course schedule for those students. The accuracy of the recommended schedule against the ideal schedule desired by students was 70.8% with an average processing time of 1.05 seconds. The accuracy of the recommended schedule increased to about 91% when compared to the actual student courses schedule. Utilization of Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) as word recognition which aims to find out the verses of the Qur'an that are read to increase knowledge about the verses and other supporting information as a means of preaching in conveying knowledge about the verses of Al-Qur'an. Automatic Speech Recognitions (ASR) is designed using the Python programming language and uses the Django framework to display information about the verses that are read in the form of a web-based display. This research aims to create a technique and system for entering voice commands into machines, so that machines can understand what humans say and obey what they are told. This is conducted to overcome the anxiety of the Muslim community in Indonesia on halal-labelled products that are sold in supermarkets and traditional markets. The system consists of two parts. Part one of the system uses PHP programming to record the halal certification of products and generate QR codes. Part two of the system uses an android application to scan the product's halal certification status from the QR codes. The information displayed on android is the product's name, the product manufacturer, the status of the product's halal certification, and other information. The results show that the application successfully scans the QR code and displays information on the halal certification status of the product. The smallest size of QR code version 1 that can be scanned is 0.6 x 06cm. Fungsi dasar penggunaan buku tamu adalah untuk mencatat pengunjung atau orang yang berkunjung ke suatu tempat, lembaga atau perpustakaan. Pendaftaran informasi tamu masih terutama melalui catatan log, dan tamu sering mengalami kesalahan, membuat buku tamu berantakan dan bersih, dan jika ingin mencari informasi tamu yang sudah lama disimpan, akan memakan waktu lama mencari. Data tamu akan lebih sulit, Buku tamu ini mengadopsi teknologi RFID, sehingga RFID dapat digunakan sebagai solusi alternatif untuk mengidentifikasi data pengunjung yang tersimpan dalam program database dengan mendukung gelombang elektromagnetik. Hasil untuk penelitian ini ialah sistem absensi menunggu tag RFID dimasukkan. Ketika tag RFID terdeteksi, pembaca RFID mengambil data dari tag RFID dan kemudian mengirimkannya ke situs web melalui NodeMCU ESP8226 sebagai data input. Jika data tersebut merupakan data input yang dibutuhkan oleh website, maka data tersebut disimpan dalam database. Saat ini DLHK Pekanbaru telah memiliki aplikasi Bank Sampah. Aplikasi tersebut masih dalam uji coba pemakaian. Selama uji coba, ditemukan adanya fitur yang masih berubah karena adanya perubahan bisnis proses. Kemudian adanya permasalahan penggunaan aplikasi yang masih belum familiar oleh pengguna nasabah sehingga kesulitan menggunakan aplikasi tersebut untuk melakukan transaksi sampah. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan tidak tercapainya peningkatan jumlah nasabah seiring dengan kemudahan pelayanan dalam proses transaksi di Bank. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka perlu dilakukan pengujian kualitas dalam hal penggunaan system (Quality in Use) untuk karakteristik Effectiveness dan Satisfaction. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi Effectiveness diperoleh nilai maksimal pada hasil UAT kedua yaitu seluruh task sudah berjalan dengan benar dan tidak ditemukannya error terhadap fungsi. Sedangkan hasil evaluasi Satisfaction telah memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna untuk setiap sub karakteristik kualitas yaitu Usefulness, Trust, Pleasure dan Comfort. Students find history lessons full of memorization and boring. Even though studying history has an important role in the life of a nation because history lessons instill values ​​of the spirit of patriotism, provide moral values, and build the character of a nation. Therefore, this study aims to see the historical Role Playing Game (RPG) 's learning impact on learning motivation and teaching the value of student attitudes from the material presented in the game. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method. The research subjects were 32 students of SMAN 9 Pekanbaru. Data was collected through a questionnaire with a reliability value of r<sub>xy</sub> = 0.884 and a validity value = 0.645 (&gt; 0.349). The result showed that students' learning motivation significantly impacts their attitude and knowledge value. The RPG game of historical education gives effect to 88% knowledge improvement, attitude (patriotism, moral values ​​, and critical thinking) by 87% motivation, so that students are interested to learn and feel not bored with the average value of 89% with an excellent appraisal. Attitude values, and historical knowledge in the educational game, have a positive relationship with the motivation to learn. Many healthcare researchers collaborate with non-healthcare researchers to improve the quality of healthcare. The knowledge graph is a widely used computer science and mathematics approach to solve healthcare issues. It can model the relationship between events to build new knowledge. Hence, a comprehensive study on knowledge graph modeling in healthcare was conducted in this study. The research methodologies in this study were: (1) article retrieval and general bibliometric analysis; (2) visualization of research distribution; and (3) research recommendations. In the last three years, 867 articles were retrieved from three databases. The citation metrics analysis was also conducted to determine the quality level of articles retrieval. An analysis was conducted using network and density visualization related to the relationship between research topics and trends. This application is using android platform and build with the prototyping method. The result of this research is users can place an order for a wedding organizer via online. Based on functionality testing, the application that has been built runs as expected. Meanwhile, based on the questionnaire testing of the respondents, it was found that 70.68% agreed that this application was useful. Currently, the quality of handling cybercrime in Indonesia is still minimal, starting with the problem of collecting evidence that tends to be incomplete, errors during the process of acquiring evidence to the most severe loss and damage to the evidence. Static Forensics is one type of digital forensics method that obtains digital evidence by extracting and analyzing it after an incident occurs, or after the computer system is turned off (post-incident). The NIST Framework is a reference for the digital evidence retrieval and processing process, which was developed by the National Institute of Standards and Technology. The results obtained from the analysis of digital evidence recovery using static forensics methods combined with the NIST framework can be applied properly and optimally. The test was carried out 20 times, with the results of the digital evidence recovery accuracy reaching 100% on the three devices. However, the need is always increasing, the system is not able to accommodate many applications, therefore we need a software capable of managing clustering containers on a large scale. One such software is Kubernetes. Kubernetes can run in virtualization, virtualization that can run Kubernetes in it include vagrant, LXD and KVM. In this study, a comparison was made between the 3 types of virtualization, the comparison was made to see the success rate of high-availability, scalability and performance testing. The results of the research that was carried out when the Kubernetes cluster was implemented in Vagrant, LXD and KVM virtualization, it was found that KVM virtualization is superior to Vagrant and LXD virtualization, which can be seen from the large difference in latency and performance tests between the two virtualizations.</em></p> 2022-06-26T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2022 Jurnal Komputer Terapan Real-time Gender Identification Using Voice On Raspberry Pi 2022-05-10T00:53:49+00:00 Mirza Ardiana Titon Dutono Tri Budi Santoso <p><em>The voice of each speaker has a unique specific character, influenced by gender, age, emotion, dialect, etc. The use of voice-based gender identification is growing rapidly, such as in the fields of security systems, speech recognition, artificial intelligence, etc. However, in speech processing, there are difficulties where the characteristics of the speech signal based on increasing age are difficult to determine accuracy, and there are overlapping fundamental frequency values between males and females. In this research, modeling of a gender identification system based on voice in real-time has been carried out on a Raspberry Pi device. This system is implemented by 2 methods, namely the YIN algorithm and feature extraction of Mel-Frequency Cepstral Coefficient (MFCC). The test results showed that the success of identification in the tuning parameters of scheme two is better than the first scheme by narrowing the overlapping frequency parameters. In the female test data in the closed test, the accuracy is from 98% to 100%, then in the open test starts from 92% to 96%. Meanwhile, the test data for the male closed test increased from 92% to 98%, and the open test started at 90% and rose to 94%. Hal ini dilakukan agar data yang dikirimkan tidak mudah di serang oleh <em>attacker</em>. Salah satu cara mendapatkan kunci yang tepat adalah dengan pengkondisian nilai koefisien korelasi RSSI yang tinggi. Pada penelitian ini dibuat sebuah sistem untuk meningkatkan <em>Reciprocity</em> <em>Channel</em> <em>Probing</em> agar didapatkan nilai koefisien korelasi yang tinggi. Sistem dirancang dengan menggunakan metode <em>Savitzky Golay Filter</em>. Pengujian dilakukan pada dua kondisi yaitu <em>indoor</em> dan <em>outdoor</em>, dan dengan menggunakan nilai <em>Spreading Factor</em> dari SF-7 sampai SF-10. Hasil koefisien korelasi pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa pada kondisi <em>outdoor</em> lebih baik dibandingkan kondisi <em>indoor</em>. Nilai koefisien korelasi pengukuran tertinggi pada kondisi <em>indoor</em> yaitu 0.51 saat SF-10. Sedangkan pada kondisi <em>outdoor</em> nilai koefisien korelasi pengukuran tertinggi yaitu 0.81 saat SF-7. Metode <em>Savitzky Golay</em> Filter mampu meningkatkan koefisien korelasi sampai dengan 67.52% pada pengujian <em>indoor</em>. Rata-rata persentase kenaikan pada kondisi <em>indoor</em> yaitu lebih dari 30% dan kondisi <em>outdoor</em> lebih dari 15%. After preprocessing, 46 datasets and 11 attributes were generated. Cluster modeling uses the K-Means algorithm, the results are evaluated by the Davies Boulding Index (DBI) method. Evaluation results show a low level of similarity so that the distance between clusters is getting higher. Untuk melakukan komunikasi tunarungu menggunakan bahasa isyarat menggunakan kedua tangannya. Saat ini terdapat 2 sistem bahasa isyarat yaitu BISINDO dan SIBI. Bahasa isyarat adalah bahasa yang menggunakan gerakan tubuh berupa tangan dan bibir untuk menjelaskan sebuah arti. Namun masih banyak masyarakat yang belum paham dengan bahasa isyarat, oleh karena itu dilakukan sebuah penelitian dengan menggunakan metode <em>deep gated recurrent unit</em> (GRU) yang dapat membaca gerakan tangan pada video bahasa isyarat indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan 3 class yaitu ucapan hallo, terimakasih, dan sama sama. Tahapan yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini terdiri dari pengolahan video atau proses pre-processing pada video. Pengujian terhadap 45 video data training dan 36 video data testing. Text mining can be applied to the fields of information extraction, topic tracking, document summarization, document categorization or grouping, concept linking or question answering systems. One thing that is often done in implementing text mining is information extraction. Information extraction aims to extract information from unstructured documents into structured data, with the aim of making it easier to analyze the data. In this study, feature extraction will be used to extract features from the Community Service document, using the Frequent Itemset Mining (FIM) algorithm. The features taken are PKM Title, Abstract, Year of Service, Location, and research topic. After obtaining the features, the service topics will be grouped using the Naive Bayes algorithm. The results of this study were tested using a confusion matrix, with an accuracy of 70%.
