Abstract
This tool is equipped with Internet of Things (IoT) technology so that the tool's performance can be monitored via smartphone, using an ESP32 as a microcontroller, a heating element as a heat source, a load cell to determine the water content in cocoa beans based on measured weight data and a MAX 6675 thermocouple for monitoring. temperature
