Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui : (1) Pengaruh  proporsi kepemilikan publik   terhadap  kinerja keuangan perusahaan (ROA)  (2) Pengaruh  proporsi kepemilikan publik   terhadap  ROA dengan CSR Disclosure sebagai variabel moderating. Sampel penelitian ini adalah  perusahaan pada sektor sektor  pertambangan dari tahun 2012 sampai dengan tahun 2015 dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis pada penelitian ini adalah analisis  regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa  (1) Proporsi kepemilikan publik tidak berpengaruh terhadap ROA (2) CSR Disclosure sebagai variabel moderating tidk dapat mempengaruhi hubungan proporsi kepemilikan publik terhadap ROA .
