Rancang Bangun Game Mobile Edukasi Bina Diri untuk Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus Tunagrahita

Designing a game according to user needs and evaluating the design will increase the positive aspects and positive benefits of the game. The self-development curriculum in schools is assistance given to students to be able to carry out daily activities and take care of themselves without help or dependence on others by optimizing their abilities. This research was conducted at SLB Srimujinab Pekanbaru. The research method in designing games is Research & Development (R&D). Games are designed according to the needs of Sri Mujinab Special School students identified through interviews and discussions with teachers. Observation of game testing that has been designed was tested on 30 mentally retarded students (10 elementary, 10 junior high, 10 high school) at Srimujinab SLB Pekanbaru. The results of the research have succeeded in building a self-development mobile game that is 100% valid from the functional side of UAT, content and material validation. Based on the results of field observations, students are very interested, happy and more concentrated when playing games with the help of voice instructions and also red arrows in the game. Games that have been designed can be used as interesting learning media at Srimujinab SLB Pekanbaru.Unduhan
